The ziplock-style closure and one-way valve are designed for normal repeated packing use. Make sure the zipper is fully pressed shut before pumping, and avoid overfilling, sharp items, or forcing the seal.
Wipe the TPU shell clean with a damp cloth and let it dry fully before storing. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, or pack sharp objects directly against the material.
Seal the zipper fully before using the pump. Run your fingers along the closure to make sure it is pressed shut, then attach the pump to the valve and compress.
The zipper can feel firm on first use. Hold the bag steady, pull the zipper ring upward, and unzip slowly. It should become easier after the first open and close cycle.
